No cacho nada de esto! Well, just a very vague idea about the puritans and the turkey given by the Indians, right (which after that were killed any way jaja) It is a bless though, I am very grateful always of what I have; health, food and a happy life and should embrace this as life is always in constant change! This Thanksgiving is a big thing in the USA. I was invited by a good Mexican friend who was raised in the USA to spend this Saturday in her house and celebrate this tradition, that would be my first time! I hope you are having a fantastic day! xx ------------- Hola Lore!
You're just about right about the Indians and the pilgrims. But, it's a long story. Even so, it is one of my favorite holidays because it's usually about family gatherings being thankful for even the smallest of blessings. It is also a time to share and give to those less fortunate. I always make a traditional thanksgiving dinner, and we always have guests. This year was nice. So how was your first thanksgiving??? Do tell. :)
Dear Anna, I would like to have that recipe as well, Pleaaaase! Mine is a collection from many and it s very nice, but I would love to try another one from a Chilean book to reconstruction the cake from my childhood. Anna, this one was sooooooo yummy... I put a mix of coco powder and chocolate powder , plenty of that and in that mix I put the liqueur... oh nice!
Saludos Anna.
