My last deed of the day

Homemade bread
6 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 envelope active dry yeast
2 tablespoons warm water
Warm milk in a saucepan until begins to boil. Remove from heat source.
Add 1 cup of water, sugar, salt and butter, set aside.
Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons. water, add to milk mixture. Set aside.
Put 4 cups of flour into large bowl, slowly put in milk mixture while mixing with wooden spoon, add more flour until a soft dough forms. (dough is still kind of sticky) turn unto a floured surface and knead adding more flour until smooth and no longer sticky. Let dough rest, in the meantime oil a large bowl and put dough ball in bowl, turn oil side up. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise until double. (About 1 hour)
Lightly oil and flour loaf pans,
Punch dough down and turn unto lightly floured surface, knead lightly, divide into two equal portions, shape into loaves and put into pans, Or cut into quarters shape into balls and place on greased and floured cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bake for about 40 min. Until top is golden brown.
Remove from oven, cool in loaf pans on racks for about 10 mons.
Remove from molds and cool on kitchen towel. Enjoy!!!!!
WARNING!!!!!!
When eaten warm with butter and a cup of tea, this bread could be highly addictive.
