I had never attempted to knit anything more than straight pieces and a very simple baby kimono or two.
But a smock top cardi I always thought was beyond my ability. Granted, it is by no means perfect, there are a few loose rows and a couple of things that only I know about, but all in all it didn't turn out that bad.
My daughter liked it. :)
And how could I make something for the little Miss. and nothing for her big sissy. Well, Milla gets a flower brooch. I'm curious to see what she does with it.
At her young age she is very creative and fashion forward.
Tomorrow I will go through my stash and plan my next project.
BTW, only one wip left to finish from my
pile of unfinished wips.
If it turns out, I'll share it with you soon.
Ciao for now. :)
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Wonderful Anna. I love it, love love it!

AHAHA!!!! Thank you Lory!! You are too kind. I guess it turned out ok. I will make another in a better quality yarn, now that I know that I can.
ReplyDeleteMy next knitting challange will be an adult garment of some sort.I have been pouring through my books and online looking for the right pattern, so far I can't find something that is simple enough.I will continue my search.
Mientras tanto, back to the hook. :)
Take care Lorybelle. :)
